Dear Sir or Madam,

I’d like to ask how were my commissions calculated for previous month (March). I can notice that in the report one of my referred customer turned over 1582€ and he lost that bet but the net revenue is calculated from balance of 1300.40€ why it is not calculated from whole sum of money the customer lost?
Additionally I can see another of my referred customer has won a bet but it wasn’t so huge amount (app.180€). Why I am calculated from total net revenue 1174.10€ (25% my profit 293.5€) and not from the 1402€ (25% profit which is expected 350.5€) as it should be? There are so huge fees on it?

Anyway commissions are wrongly calculated for on actual moth as well the stats show me turnover of €1,646.50 but revenue share €1,246.74. Really I do not understand why it is not calculated from whole generated profit to sports book. In current moths it should be revenue share around 1580€ and not 1246.74€ as the report shows.
Please check it for me. I noticed in previous moths some of these mistakes. I hope you have on this very good reason.

They wrote me that the amount 1582€ which was generated by my players is the GROSS revenue and they linked to me to look at commissionking.com/earnings-model.html
Nothing would be strange if they tell us what the correct percentages of their Tax & Fees are.
I am still querying what the explanation for this is.
When they received from customers 1582€ and they cut it off to 1300.40€ because of Tax & Fees what (in my case) makes difference 281.6€. I would not accept new customers because of highness of Tax and fees connected with opening 1 or 2 players account/s if I were on bookmakers place. However I do not believe that they are having so high charges on opening and maintaining the player account.
Even the following month was calculated very interestedly when they required charges for Tax & fees 333.26€.
Where this money goes? Maybe I am still missing some information. If anyone has a good idea to explain it to me I will be more than thankful even more if the answer comes from CommssionKing (canbet).
