Maybe can I reach someone to discuss why my betting account where I collect my affiliate payments were emptied out because it was "dormant"? Although it received commission in May?

Looking at your terms and conditions

19.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, alter, delete or add to any of the provisions of the Agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, without giving any advance notice to the Affiliate

this is not a balanced and fair contract. Would you sign a contract like this - with goal-posts one side can move at a whim?
