    Default Cashback/Rebate Program - Thoughts?

    Hi Guys and Gals,

    We're considering starting a monthly cashback/rebate program for Buzzluck players on top of the loyalty points they earn. While we are in the brainstorming stage, I'd appreciate any input from you guys so if we do go ahead with it, we do it right.

    From a players perspective, it seems to make a lot of sense that they would be attracted to a rebate, because while it's great to get reload bonuses, the player has to deposit more money, and getting a bonus without depositing would seem to be more attractive. But that would probably depend on how big the rebate percentage is.

    Do you consider this an effective retention tool? The rebate bonus adds additional incentive to get the player back into the casino which is half the battle and with a little encouragement from our casinos hosts, they will eventually deposit.

    Am I way off? Thoughts?
