    Default Can't Get Payouts From BingoVega (resolved)

    Hi everyone. I've played at BingoVega for years and have not had a problem getting my payouts until now. I see others are and have been in the same situation. My oldest payout request dates back to February 4, 2014. The other is more recent in early May. I kept playing because, well, I trusted them.

    I'm getting tired of the canned responses when I ask for an update. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get my money so I can be done with them?

    So here's a quick update on this - they must monitor this site regularly because the day after I wrote the post they e-mailed me and tried to call me to explain the situation (processor issue, payments being sent late, terribly sorry, blah blah). I've already been told this many times over the last four months. If anything though, they are at least courteous.

    Anyway, I was told they would be sending my payout(s) this week. I've received no money as of yet and tomorrow is Friday so we shall see if they were being truthful or if it's another stall tactic.

    I would think if payment isn't made soon that their Silver Sponsorship should be evaluated.

    I couldn't agree more. I also think that "soon" should be defined as "the end of the week" - just like they stated to the OP with respect to when he'd be paid.

    I wanted to follow back up and let people know that I did get both of my payouts from BingoVega by bank wire today.
