Can't Get Hold Of Anyone (RESOLVED)

Who do I contact at Revenue Giants now as no answer comes from affiliate managers email addresses (used to be Mihai, then Alina)? Tried the support and affiliate email addresses as well as Ben. No answer. No one to submit invoice to! Anyone know someone? thanks

Mihai is an excellent affiliate manager and you can always depend on him. He is always very responsive on Skype.

Here is his Skype information:

Please note that there is no space between the colon and the m. The only reason that I put a space there is because when I do, it keeps giving me an image instead.

That's okay, faulkwood, you can still Skype him. He still speaks to me on Skype, even though he's on "Do Not Disturb" mode. He must be busy. He's a good person and he will reply to you very soon, I'm sure. Don't worry.

I think the best manager I worked with was Alina - she was very responsive and tried to help affiliates. But she has gone now or changed her position. Now I work with Mihai, he is a manager that responds to your request quite fast, but does not offer any real help how to push the brands and more importantly for the affiliates - help to convert registrations to depositors.

My only concern with Revenue Giants, that they really don't know what the want to achieve. I work with them for the last few years. They were not the best converting program for me, but I did earn some money. Used to earn much more, when casino used to offer more bonus coupons, but now, they dont do that anymore.

I find that these brands, are a bit problematic. They add game suppliers, then remove them, then change their back office, makes a big mess there.. Then the links would not work. Plus, the biggest failure was to decide NOT ACCEPT players from United States.

What I see now is just picking the crumbs from the table, where winners are not RG brands... the deposits are small in general. Perhaps its just me.. Player lifetime is not as its been before. Dissapointing.

I still promote them, but I am not sure if it's worth my time..

Do you make money with RG brands?

My experience is the same. When they took US players, Rich Casino and 7Spins were drawing decent conversions, nothing spectacular. Haven't made anything with them for a few months. Now I just focus elsewhere.
