Loading is quite slower than usual but still working. Don't forget to allow popups for bet365partners.com

Having the same issue, after clicking "Request payment" nothing loads (already waiting for 5 minutes for something to show up).
Edit: it took 7 minutes on the clock to be able to load it, but generating the invoice is the second step and it looks like it will also take long. So, have patience

However, I'm also noticing a regular failure on the customer facing pay site.
Get a red undefined "an error has occurred" pop up quick when I try to login about 50-75% of the time.
It seems to occur during busy times - 5pm to 11pm - I've tried multiple browsers and devices and come to the conclusion it's a capacity issue. Eventually I've placed bets elsewhere at least a dozen times because of it.
I think it coincides with an effort to rewrite the site to be more mobile focused - I can see the components being written as modules - but it's failing everywhere - sometimes you don't get the sports nav menu - sometimes you don't get tabs.
New tech appproach - untested and not really fit for Euro2024 purpose I suspect.

I think you got lucky. I tried day 1 and day 2 without luck before realising I needed to wait a long time and it would finally happen. It's not the first month this issue has existed, but it is the worst. I do think Bet365 are dropping the ball with some of these bugs. Gone are the days when they solved every problem quickly.
