betway do not answer

Please, somene here kindly take considerations of my mails, i write from 1 week to mr. Matteo (aff manager) about an issue that i could explain here, but i hope to resolves amicably and quickly.
Last week, Matteo, said to give me an answer about a delay, i still write emails to him without an aswer, so if he can't answer, please someone else take consideration of me quickly.

I sent email to Henrik, my last-known Betway contact. I received an automated reply that he is no longer in the affiliate business; the automated email also provided the following contact information.

Lina --dot-- Eriksson -- at-- snowmen -- dot-- se

Lina works out of Sweden and Betway are closing the Sweden office down and Lina is leaving if not already left, i think their affiliate program is undergoing some sort of restructuring big time.

Don't think it is anything to worry about but thats just a guess

Betpartners are right, there have been a few changes, I'm still at Betway but i will be leaving soon. It has been a pleasure working with you all
