Because GPWA is a business - they want to keep the money flowing in. If they threw out all the crooked programs along with those fence walking programs; they wouldn't be bringing in half of what they are now!

Ya, we were given credit for a signup too but not from yesterday. It magically appeared from 10 days ago but was just updated last night. Frankly, I can care less about ANY of it right now. I'm too disgusted to even care about player tracking anymore. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY FROM MARCH AND APRIL. Why is it that ALL other books have no trouble paying on time but only BetUS is constantly LATE on payments? Why? Either they simply rely on an influx of deposits to pay their players/affiliates and drag their feet when they don't have enough deposits to pay people or they simply don't care and have no respect for the fact that we WORK HARD providing them traffic/signups thru content generation, SEO, email marketing and need this money to cover costs and operate. I mean, seriously, WTF? And if I sound like a broken record it's because I have to sit on an effin' computer rambling because if someone owed me money across town I would be banging down their door demanding it. I owe nobody money. Not my mortgage company, not Uncle Sam, not my car dealership, not my family, not my friends, not the guy across town. When I owe you money, guess what? You don't even have to ask me for it. I PAY YOU!!!! Send the damn money already. This is RIDICULOUS.

We contacted BetUS and asked them for a response, they said we will have some answers to the many questions posted here shortly.

I have been on the road for the past few weeks and apologize for the delay. Thanks for the heads up Vin.

The issue in a nutshell . . . can they please answer these two questions:
1) Why have they stopped tracking USA affiliate referrals? If they actually planned to exit the US market (as stated by them but not done by them) this action would not be necessary. It appears to have been taken purely to con affiliates?
2) When will they pay March and April commissions?

Ok guys, its pretty much official Betus isn't going out of US. They just changed their domain in order to avoid future seizures:

Important Notice: BetUS has moved to a new domain: www .betus .com.pa

why would they do that if they are shutting down their US operation...

Exactly....They are playing games with affiiates livelihood...I sent this book hundreds of players over the years, trusting them that they would keep their word and treat us fairly. This is not right...

So adding to the list of questions....

1) Why have they stopped tracking USA affiliate referrals (when still accepting US Players)? If they actually planned to exit the US market (as stated by them but not done by them) this action would not be necessary. It appears this action has been taken purely to con affiliates?
2) When will they pay March and April commissions?

4) Why change your domain name to .pa domain if you plan on leaving the U.S. market?

It appears their affiliate stats are working just fine. I am sure once Betus figures out what they are doing they will let us know. I can't imagine they will leave their affiliates who helped to build their brand in the lurch. Let's be patient until we hear what they have to say. Its hard times for these books to figure out legitimate processors and get everyone paid.

Hard times to get payments out for March? It's May 27th. Name me one other book(that hasn't been shut down by the govt) that is that LATE on their payments? Just one? I'm sorry, but that's a crock. I talked with Erin last night over the phone. God bless her soul and I have NOTHING against her, but I pretty much went off on this whole mess and what is going on. I truly feel bad for her because I know this is not what she wants and is in the unfortunate position of dealing with all the upset affiliates, but I just can't take it anymore. Among the things she told me was now they will be doing negative carryover. I asked her why can't they do negative carryover on future signuops and grandafther in all the olds signups under the old terms. She says they can't do that because the stats program can't handle that. I said well we have an account with another book that simply moved all our players to a seperate account to operate under the old terms and simply changed the terms for new players and that was a fair way of doing it. I then asked her so how will that work? I said BetUS is always 2 months late on payments it seems so if we are owed X amount for March and April and have NOT got paid yet but have a negative X month for June will they conveniently say well since we owe you X for March and April and you had a negative X month in June we will have to deduct June's X from the payment we still haven't sent for March and April? She said she doesn't think so but c'mon people, we all know that is what is going to happen. They are simply looking for EVERY angle they can to cut affiliates' commissions down. It's obvious and it's not right. I then blew up when I was told that my March commissions were strangely not on the transfer sheet going out today(we've heard this before!) and that I would have my March commissions added to APril when they go out in a few weeks(again, WTF!)? I mean, c'mon, that's when I simply lost my my mind and WENT OFF!!!!!! I told Erin do not take this personally because it has NOTHING to do with you and we understand you don't make these decisions but this is just flat out ******* BULL****! Period. The games, tricks and false promises just keep going and going and going like the Energizer bunny. JUST PAY ME MY ******* MONEY!!!! That is all I have to say.

The only reason that SB player reports can be permanently taken off the stats program is because they do not want any of us to know that they will be taking the BIGGER earner off our sheet. Without us being able to see the players' account # on a sheet we will have no way of knowing. Let's hope it is just a temorary glitch but if in fact it is permament than that is 100% the reason. I was born at night but NOT last night!.

You obviously have not read this thread, do not send BetUS usa clients, are not owed many thousands of dollars going back to March and have not checked your stats today (player tracking reports?). Hard times do not necessitate telling lies to affiliates, removing their tracking of the only nation that affiliates refer to BetUS and failing to pay up. As we stand today, what BetUS has effectively done is close its affiliate program and refuse to pay affiliates. Oh yes, let's be patient!

Ya really. They've had almost 3 weeks to respond and haven't done so. I still believe they haven't mass mailed ALL affiliates to let them know of the disbaled USA player tracking and are simply using those affiliates for free traffic. They have NO notice inside the affiliates section, their own https:// partners.betus .com/faq still says nothing about not taking United States players or at the very least not tracking them for affiliates and they are removing reports and implementing negative carry-over. I was also told by Erin that they most lilkely will be making affiliates share in the "processing costs" for April's commissions and going forward. Boys and girls, prepare yourselves to get ****** that's all I have to say. However, like I told Erin last night over the phone if BetUS thinks they are going to play games and rip us off than WE WILL NOT GO QUIETLY and we will respond and fight back thru any means necessary. That is a promise.

No They are not...Go to your stats and click on "Reports"...On the left hand side there used to be all kinds of different reports, including a "Player Reports" link that would show you all your players, account number, date opened, and their action for the month. This has been removed along with every other report that allows you to monitor the reports. They are playing games. If the affiliates don't unify to stop this, other books will consider ripping us off as well They can't retroactively change terms either. I have worked for years building players for this book and they are treating affiliates like garbage. They are axing the affiliate department staff, turning off tracking, and for the entire month, and still accepting U.S. players at the same time. Meanwhile, they are three months late on payments and they aren't doing anything about it. You can't possibly believe they aren't taking advantage of us. They haven't even responded to this thread.
