Little guys should find out what is DYOR.

Bet365 is the most consistent program that always (or since I am with them) had those rules. And they generated nice money to small, medium, big and huge affiliates.* Nearly everything I have is mostly based on past bet365 revenue.

Yes they have those two rules. In case of the 5 players in 3 months delivered it is fully understandable rule, as it was discussed many times. The second rule is in their case just rather an insurance. There are many guys like me who do not promote them for years and still get their full commissions.

When I look at my payouts, I insists - and more and more as they keep paying - that anyone not trusting bet365 should not do affiliate marketing at least until he calibrates his perception of risks and trust. There does not exist an affiliate company that has more integrity than bet365.

* Of course US market can be and I believe will be much different and everyone doing regulated business will be disappointed.

Exactly.

The offer mentioned is the USA NJ market, where the UIGEA turned everything on it head. Now 16 years later the the regular affiliate seeking non-offshore business is primarily left with CPA's from a few major programs.

And yes, I've heard all the glowing reports about bet365. And how some affiliates come back years later to find their account still open. But then there are people like me who were continuing promoting them and got summarily dumped - and do not get approved when trying to re-apply.
