    Default Being a casino affiliate in Italy - sending traffic to not licensed casinos

    Hello All,

    Sorry that i'm writing in English !

    I want to have more details about the risk of having a casino affiliate website that sends to not licensed casinos in Italy.

    I have found this law-

    "Any person who unlawfully participates in the organization of lotteries, betting or
    pools reserved by law to the State or to entities operating under license from
    the State shall be liable to a term of imprisonment of 6 months to 3 years?quot;

    "
    Any person who advertises competitions, games or betting organized in the manner
    described in paragraph 1 without being an accomplice to an offence defined
    therein shall be liable to a term of imprisonment of up to 3 months and a fine?br /> "

    Please advice,

    Many Thanks

    Gmany.

    Thanks for the tip

    I don't understand how all the big play tech companies still accept Italian ( play tech is a public company in the London stock exchange ), I don't think they will risk them self.
