Make sure if you hire freelancers/devs that it includes some sort of field matching service (or they fully understand whats involved). Pretty much every feed is going to be in a diferent format so Bet365 may called 'Manchester Utd' while Betfred calls the field 'Man Utd' etc and so you can end up with thousands of mismatched rows.
Then you have to somehow pair all the thousands of diferent markets together which will be just as big a problem.
Then you have the problem that one site may offer data in csv another uses an API and another uses xml etc
Good luck if you do go ahead, been thinking of attempting it myself at some point but it's just to big a project for me.
