    Default AffUtd don't pay

Well, AffUtd is once again up to their old tricks. Offering to pay a flat fee for the top positions, working for a few months, then right in the middle of a month they try to change the deal. When I reused, they don't pay.

Working with these guys is just a waste of time, same problem as when they where cpays. Why on earth did William Hill get mixed up with these known scammers?

Still nothing. What is it with this company, why is it so hard for them to honour agreements?!

This is what Lewis wrote last week:

If im being honest I would have to say next week by the time it goes through - and that’s when the bulk payments are sent out anyway.

Yet another lie, the money is now over 40 days late

I can't live with having promoted affutd/cpays 15 days for free.

Not that we ever wish to stick up for the aff managers, but we have never had a problem with AffUnited. They have paid us our rev shares and flat fees on time every month when we have agreed deals.

Hope you get your money 3jokers

After posting this thread I was contacted by by affiliate manager that said he had been on vacation and that he would sort this payment this week. However still no money or notice of payment.

Well, it's Friday and still no money, so yet another week without payment.

Got a mail from my aff manager Wednesday where he wrote that he would sort it and get back to me, but yet another lie it seems.

Just as I thought these guys are scammers. Now I got a mail where they said no deal where made. Even though my affiliate manager wrote:

"Lets run this month and I will tell you how many months beginning of next week."

If I knew they weren't gonna pay I would have promoted another brand. I lost money for 15 days because of these clowns.

Another thing, why are they aproved by gpwa?

Isn't it weird that Eran Arad, aka Yanshof does not reply to this thread? Evidently this guy is the support person here yet he completely ignores this thread.

I would not touch Affutd with a 15 foot titanium stick unless it had a nice fat prepayment sent out first.

Well I was contacted by my affiliate manager yesterday by phone. And he said that it was his fault and that they would pay within a week. So there is hope regarding my situation.

    Default Response from Affilaites United

    Hi all,

Hi Magenti, nice to see I became a brand
I'm reading all posts pertaining to Affiliates United, and as you all can see from previous threads I do my best to assist affiliates, wherever possible.

Affiliates United has an extremely low complaints/active affiliates ratio, much below gaming affiliation standards. We are proud of it, and are looking to continue and provide outstanding service to our customers and partners.

Fact is I didn't reply to this thread sooner as I was checking the facts before I reply, and am still checking. It seems like facts are not as they appear on this thread, but I could be wrong here, so instead of wasting everyone's time we're gonna get a few more checks done and see what we can do to help.

Affiliates United does pay it's affiliates, obviously when you have thousands of active affiliates some will be unhappy. Think about it.

I remind all affiliates that if you have anything to add, comment, suggest, complain etc. you can also contact me directly at [email protected]

So Spelacasino - I'll get back to you with my findings as soon as I can.

    Regards to all,
    have the best weekend

Thanks for offering your help Magenti but my aff manager Lewis already said he has taken care of it so I should get the payment any day now.

By the way what do you mean with this " It seems like facts are not as they appear on this thread". I mean I have all the emails saved... Want me to post them here or will you retract that comment?

Wow so, if you donīt bitch, there is no problem in the eyes of affutd and you donīt get paid.

But if you do bitch, suddenly it IS a problem and then affutd, that well respected company will pay because there was an unforeseen error or something.

You are really a class act, well done.

So what we learn from this is. It is not a problem for affutd to stiff you from the bill and leave you hanging after a deal was made unless you bitch about it in the forums and make them look bad. Good to know!

    Well Magenti,

I can understand why you feel this way. I hope the next few lines will explain my position, anyway I'm glad to share it with you.

I can guarantee and some affiliates will verify, that any complaint, whether made in public/forum or sent to me personally is getting the same treatment and effort. I'm trying to help all affiliates because I believe in better service. I'm not afraid of forum posts; it happens to all programs and it's natural. I'm not afraid of unsatisfied affiliates - every program has those as well - you cannot satisfy them all. Have you ever tried to take your friends/family to a restaurant? you simply cannot satisfy them all. Some solutions will be better for the majority - that's our aspiration.

I can report gladly that there are few complaints about Affiliates United comparing to other programs and based on my experience, especially considering the amount of active affiliates.
I can hope issues bothering affiliates will continue to reach my attention: through here (especially if it concerns many affiliates) or through my personal email. It's easier to help those affiliates when I know what's bothering them .

I hope you have a good week, stay positive and take it easy.
    Cheers,
    Eran
