Affpower - Commissions July-August without paying

Good morning everyone and thanks for giving us this forum know,

The reason for this email is to introduce the problem we have with the affiliate program and concrete Affpower promotion casino brand "Cosmik Casino".

We almost 1 month behind them to get paid commissions July that should have been paid at the latest on 15 August (in total €584), right now we also have the August amounting to (€292), total of two months are €876 we do not know very well when we go to collect them...

We have spoken several times with our affiliate manager (Alex Alfa), but all are excuses and more excuses but at no time tell us what day exactly going to charge and our feeling is of total unconcern the subject.

We have removed the marks of our website and removed any link until fixed the situation.

We do not like having to reach such reactions, because we trust in the people with whom we work, but the lack of response and solutions, we have no other choice.

Thanks for your help and we will tell you how you resolve the conflict.

We have promised that on September 15, be given the full payment of outstanding fees from July to August, hope it's true.

Hello ganarencasinos,

your money doesn't look like CPA. Am i right, you are on revenue share?
If yes, then there are no excuses. You have to get your money if you are a decent webmaster.
And, they promised you, that you get the money.
You wrote this.

It's very sad, if i read again and again, that webmasters will not get their money. Two months is a long time and it's two months too long.

Hi Leopold!

Indeed the agreement we have with them is via CPA per player registered in their systems.

The players got in a totally legal and all we are asking for our money, nothing more and indeed at all times Alfa Alex promised me we were going to charge, which all members had always claimed.

I will follow your recommendation and send them a private message to each of the members of Affpower, but I fear it will give no answer seeing are taking the attitude that with my business.

Hi ganarencasinos,

that's a good question and i really have no answer for you, because i believe that the money is the problem.

You can do nothing, if there is no more money, so affiliates or players will push to the end with promises.

Hope that i will wrong but i have experienced several times, that companies makes promises and at the end they were down.

Such things are always the beginning of the end.

What you also can do is to send an email to Gamescale, maybe it helps but i'm not sure whether you will get an answer.

Hello All and especially Alejandro,

I am Alex Alfa CMO at Affpower, i would like first to apologize for the very late reply, as most of you thought it was not due to no interest to the complaint of Alejandro Ganarencasino but more due to many reason as like Jewish holidays here and some Personal issues but as i always said to Alejandro, he will be paid in the next payment roll meaning in the September payment we never said him that we cancel his commissions, first i explained him that the delay of the commission was due to "Strange attitude of his players" and that his CPA accounts were under review by our Fraud department, i confirmed not a lot later that payment will be done in September. here we are and he will receive his payment as said as soon as our finance dep is back from Jewish holidays meaning Friday if we are lucky if not Monday and with all our apologies.

i can understand that some people like to put fire on oil but its not necessary here because we cant call this an issue as we never refused to pay our affiliate such is seems to be the subject here...

Regarding the comment of Insider : "Sorry Leopold, but Nadl and Lloyd are not more working for this company, they left and it was a good idea to do." i would like to let him know that nobody left our company after more than 3 years activity every person that is not part of our team anymore is not, because we decide it having saying that i want to also say that Lloyd and Nadine were great collaborators during the time they worked with us and they are long terms friends of mine on personal level so don't speak for them please.

I hope that my reply was clear enough and that we will see that the next post will be that Alejandro received his payment.
