    Our AM can give us no information,thats the problem. We recieve our payment with Neteller so its not a big thing which needs 1 week.

    But anyway thanks for your feedback.

    Quick update: I was paid today for December (?3.77) and January (?72.56), so thanks for that.

    Still outstanding, and amounts I'm waiting to hear about are: September (?71.01), October (?75.82), and November (?03.34). Total = ?,350.17. Hope that can be sorted soon, as have been chasing for over 4 weeks now, with no response from my A.M. to any of my follow-up emails.

    alright for some, I have had one question answered about my lack of payment, but all my other questions fall on deaf ears.
    All I want is my account to be up to date and be paid up to date.

    I have had errors on my account for months and still no explanation or updates, all i get is "we will be in contact"

    If they wont disply the correct information then how do we know they aren't fiddling the numbers?

    Nice one for getting paid though. its just a shame they dont do it often.

    Steve, I've also had no response re: any of the outstanding payments, so don't worry, you're not alone there!. At least you're getting "we will be in contact". My emails have been completely ignored - not even an acknowledgement. Very unprofessional. Still, I'll keep trying until I have been paid.

    Yeah I have had problem after problem, they get a bit upset with me because I get so frustrated I end up coming on this site to get a response. but to be honest, if they just sorted their lives out or stopped acting like a bunch of Dodgy f**kers, then they wouldnt be upset about getting a bad rep. Few good guys though. But they do need to sort their admin out big time so people wont complain so much publically.

    I finally received a reply from my Affiliate Manager, after having to forward the same email 4 times, post here to complain, and contact Nadav above. It didn't address the outstanding payments question, and completely ignored my other question. So a complete waste of time (5+ weeks now). I think if I hadn't done all the above, I'd not had received a reply at all, so I guess that's something.

    I've since spoken to Nadav again (Monday 24th Feb) who has assured me he will sort it out. Keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't take much longer.

    Hi Nadav, no that's not correct.

    My AM was unwilling/unable to help, and I haven't heard anything from their team manager (yet). Hope to soon though. Will keep this thread updated with any progress.

    My AM responded today and confirmed that my payment hasn't been processed yet. He promises to fix this issue, let's wait...

    There is currently a communications problem between your partners, finance and management. In any case, it is established that finance is not responding to requests.

    If there was communication than people had been paid. What is manifestly not the case. Perhaps there is something going on that we may not know?

    Hi gok,

    We have paid thousands of affiliates this month, just like we do every month. So our finance/payments department is obviously communicating with us and with our partners.

    When paying so many affiliates there are sometimes unfortunate cases of delays etc.
    We are dealing with all of them and if you look here on the forum all these cases have been solved, and the ones that have not are being taken care of.
    It sometimes takes more time than the affiliate would like it to, usually because not all cases are as simple as they seem to be from the affiliate's point of view.
