Aff Utd payment problems

Hi,
Has anyone else had problems with aff utd before?
First they sent me the wrong amount, which was very short of what i should of recieved. Now i have been waiting for them to pay me. Keep getting you will recieve Friday and suprise suprise NO PAYMENT.!! (have emailed me receipt saying will be processed on dates and nothing)
I have read alot of bad reviews regarding them, but ignored them and have alot of there brands on my site. First time this has happened, but just seems that financial department dont have a clue. I mean how hard is it to send a payment via paypal on the dates that they say.
I am quite new to this, and was relying on the payment for my <acronym title="Search Engine Optimization">SEO</acronym> (which i had to cancel)

Any advice on this would be great.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum Nik0.

All payments from December have been delivered by now after a few delays on online payment methods, if you have entered your payment details on your cashier account you should have received payment by now.

Have you contacted your affiliate manager regarding this payment?
If you want me to help, I'll be glad to, just email or PM me your affiliate ID with us and I'll have it looked into.

Just FYI, we're not working on Cpays software, in fact Cpays were never a software company really, just an affiliate network and they are long gone.

Hi Nadav, thank you for the reply! The thing is that my December commission is not even brought to the cashier yet. I still haven't contacted my tagged manager because as it reads the delay was common issue and for me it was same in December (for the November money) and I had to insist what is going on until he personally took care with the financial dept. - I didn't want to hang non-stop on him with the same issue every month but you are right, I will get in touch again.

About the aff. software, probably my mistake where it comes from but not looking to be proprietary software as Europartners use the same, just wanted to say that any other platform (except the one of bwinpartypartners) is way better to operate with and comprehend what is happening with someone's account.

Hi,

The cashier section is there only for you to put your payment details in.
Payments are done once a month (given we have your payments details) automatically without you having to ask for it.

Please don't worry about "nagging" affiliate managers, when it comes to payments they expect that and moreover, that's their job!

Contact your AM and he'll help you with payments.

As for our software, we're going to make changes (I can't go into details yet) to our affiliate site and reporting system pretty soon. I'm sure you'll like it better then.

Hello, i'm writing this post as another action to get ear from one of the Affiliates Managers that write on this forum.

I'm still waiting for payment of September and November 2012 earnings, since i received the correct amount (and in the correct time) for
August 2012. I write this to demonstrate that my cashier was opened and approved since August 2012, indeed.

I started on October to write emails to my affiliate manager and since the first email he said me that he should have forwarded my request to
financial department but always i receive the same response. Also i chat with him and with Aff Utd support on skype but always they postpone the answer to next week. In total I wrote more than ten emails to my Aff Man and to the support.

Is there some Aff Man who can help me?

As you have been informed by your AM your account is being looked into. That process sometimes takes a few weeks as we analyze traffic very thoroughly.
