I promoted your promotion some time and answerd for all my players questions and problems .
I have on my affiliate account balance money . One day I see and have about 20% this amount . Why did you reduce account balance ? I think that it isnt fair

We did not reduce balance but fixed a mistake in the end-of-month statements. Namely, all that free money was wrongfully accounted as sportsbook bonuses, and we then fixed that by transferring those amounts to poker section. That's all

Ok. I understood but what does it mean for my affiliate ? My players playied poker not sportsbook.

That's why we transferred poker bonuses to poker results, as they were initially assigned to sportsbook.

correct. all bonuses are now properly accounted for, at the time they're credited - no need for manual adjustments.
