    Angry The 7Red casino does not pay.

    Hello everyone, I too am having problems with the 7Red casino. The day June 27, 2016 I requested a withdrawal, the levy was approved on 28 June, well even after 8 days the levy is not paid, because according to them there are some maintenance going on. They do not tell me when I come paid because they do not know when it ends the maintenance. This story is truly incredible.

    Hello Antonio, can you tell me which country are you from? Is it a SEPA country? Because if it's not, there was indeed payment solution maintenance happening and it wasn't clearly stated by the provider when it was going to be fixed so you were informed correctly. The delay was due to technical reasons only which I hope you understand sometimes occur in every casino.

    My username is Antonio96, I'm in a SEPA country (Italy), I understand that sometimes there are maintenance and poor service, but 10 days are many. I feel teased.

    The support does not even know when it ends the maintenance. it's already finished?

    we were doing our best to be done with the maintenance asap and we managed - your payment has already been processed so I believe you shall receive it today or after the weekend the latest.

    You are not alone Antonio, many players wait their cashout since beginning of July. The delay for the migration is very long .. Do you have news Anna about this problem ???
