What criteria will be used to determine who is able to pass this determination at the affiliate departments' sole discretion?

To qualify for this exclusive offer, Boomtown Affiliates brands should receive nice strong position. Criteria that are used to determine the qualification are based on traffic source, conversion etc. Personalized banners and other creative are available per request.
