    Exclamation 3Aff going belly up!

3Aff is the affiliate program for Luck3 Poker and Casino. Over the past 24 hours Cake Network has shut off the poker room (Luck3 operated on Cake).
No notice was given to players or affiliates.

Email from May 4 2010 has not been answered along with additional emails to the program and casino.

No one from the 3aff program will respond in their designated forum here.

Players have pending cashouts not being honored.

Reports that staff is not being paid.

Affiliates sure won't be paid if staff is not.

The Luck3 Casino is still open, no doubt collecting deposits yet players are not getting paid.

I have blacklisted Luck3 and have warnings to players in as many locations I can think of.

The GPWA needs to get involved and do something NOW!

Please don't let another player or affiliate get screwed!

I have posted a warning about Luck3 on my blog - I hope others are doing the same.

If you have posted a warning, add your url's here - get the link juice flowing so anyone searching Luck3 will find the warnings.

AGD also has a thread running on their forum entitled Luck3 Poker may be shutting down.

Great idea Terry! I won't post all of mine as I had added a warning to all the blog posts I had made over the past 6 months or so. I do have them in the blacklist forum here:

    https://pokerplayerus.com/forum/black...ing-loose.html

And on my poker blacklist here:

    https://pokerplayerus.com/blacklisted-poker-sites.html

The blog posts all carry a warning at the top similar to this:
    https://slotsofcasinos.com/blog/2010/...olympic-games/

And all the review pages remain (with links disabled) but a warning at the top of the pages.

We have notified them that continued non-responsiveness will be deemed a violation of the GPWA Code of Conduct, which will result in suspension of their sponsorship benefits and movement of their listing to the affiliate program warnings section.

Steven, I see Casino City is ranked prominently for Luck3, would you mind asking the powers that be if they would kindly add a warning on the Luck3 landing page?

Thanks for posting Steven. One thing that concerns me is that if you all where having issues since April, why was there no mention of this to the membership? It would have been very useful if after several weeks of non-response that we were included. What grabs me the most is that I was sending traffic up until last week. How many players have signed up, deposited and got shafted without us being aware of the issues?

I realize the delicate situation that it puts you in if there was no fire and a bunch of us started posting up warnings but for the machine to work as it should, we need to devise a way of knowing when there may be problems.

I was very diplomatic in just placing a warning that there "may" be problems and I know that some others would have been tossing them to the wolves.

Somehow we need to be in the loop with issues so we can do as we should "Protect the players" after all that should be our goal.

I had posted a week or so ago in their forum about not getting responses. Perhaps a "to the side" PM would have been in order.

I am not trying to be a ***** about this, it is just the whole deal stinks for the players and affiliates.

We had Luck3 listed as three brands -- Luck3 Casino, Luck3 Poker, and Luck3 Games. We've updated the Luck3 Poker listing to reflect that the poker room has been shut down and have updated the Luck3 Casino and Luck3 Games listings to add them to our disreputable brands list (which adds a warning to the Luck3 Casino and Luck3 Games pages).

I should have been more specific in terms of the type of non-responsiveness we'd been experiencing and the nature of the follow-up. Separate from their GPWA sponsorship we were working with them as an affiliate with Casino City. We had some commissions that we hadn't received yet and Reta (GPWA name "rrampino") in our finance department was trying to confirm whether it was a matter of the payment not having been sent or something else (sometimes wires get rejected, or the amount is different than we were expecting so it isn't matched up with the account right away). Reta received a reply on April 30th indicating an amount they believed they'd sent (which was lower than what our records showed to be open). Then the communication went downhill, with Reta sending several follow-up messages throughout May and the start of June. Ordinarily this type of communication is done through our finance department (Reta and Fred), but in cases where we're working with them on GPWA I'll sometimes be involved as well. I got involved on May 26th, when I sent my contact a note following up on an open invoice. I gave it some time in case they were away for the conference and sent another email on June 9th asking my contact to confirm whether emails were coming through.

There was no response to the June 9th message, and based partly on the lack of reply we'd been receiving, but mainly on the posts in this section, I sent them a note on June 10th indicating that they needed to respond to the complaints raised in the forum alleging non-payments of players and affiliates, and that continued non-responsiveness would be considered a violation of the GPWA Code of Conduct. We hadn't heard anything about the poker room closing until reading the thread here, and we had promotions for them them up on Casino City until Thursday (June 10th) but took them down in response to the information raised here. Based on the continued non-responsiveness we've now also suspended GPWA sponsorship benefits.

    Hello,

I removed the casino of my site.

I have not been paid either, and no response to messages.

    Good day.

Thanks for the info Steven. Although the poker room is locked out and poker players getting stiffed, the casino doors remain open as of today. No doubt happily collecting deposits. It's a shame how these operators turned bad. Just another blemish on the industry.

And still the casino doors are swung wide open for players to deposit and lose their hard earned.
