I deposited CNY10,000 on 1xBet on Jan 31. I bet on a series of volleyball games, all of which I made the betting decision myself, and won CNY18,489 (balance: CNY28,489) over a week.
On Feb 9 when I tried to cash out the money, 1xBet refused and asked me for a bunch of documents which they say are for identity checking. I sent all they asked for including my ID pictures, my bank account screenshots, and even a picture of me holding my ID in front of the email they sent.
Several hours later, they sent me an email saying that they think I violated their rules (not even specifying which rule in which clause) so they refused to pay out any money I won. After I logged in again, I only found all my bet had been cleared out...
OMG, what kind of betting platform is that?!!! Refusing to pay out a client which wins money?? I was completely shocked a seemingly big platform would do something like this!!! Eating the clients' money without even specifying which rule was violated??? This is unbelievable .....
I hope someone could help me to get back the money I won fair and square.

1xbet closed my account and confiscated my balance of 4320€ that I had in unsettled bets. I didn't get a clear reason for the closure, only a general claim that I violated the rules. I have never violated any rule. I only placed combi bets on big leagues, only have one account and for years the same account, no automated betting, claimed no bonus or other loyalty schemes etc.
I guess I have to accept that they don't want to do business with me in the future. But I wont accept that they confiscate my money. I did nothing wrong! In the terms is stated:
-bet cancellation;
-closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded;
-filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.
I have unsettled bets with a stake of: 4320 € (I can pm my betting history). So as stated in the terms, 1xbet schould cancel the bets and refund my money.

1. This is not true. I have this account for several years and never even used a bonus why would I open another account?
2. I just received an email from your security department that my account undergoes a verification process. So its pretty clear that the story of why my account is closed doesn't add up. You are telling me something else than the security department. I can forward the email to you if you want to.
3. As stated in the closure mail your terms don't allow to confiscate money. That's why I'm asking you again to cancel the open bets and refund my money. You are violating your own terms when you don't refund the money.
I used to a big fan of 1xbet but today I was cheated while betting live on on Nordic Combined Olympic Event. Even though their description seemed to be just for the jump, their odds were showing for the whole combination. It was really confusing as jumpers still showed up after they had finished (see screenhot and check time). How can a jumper win, if there is only one jump and he is not leading? The jumper in lead was not offered at all! So I thought that their description is not very precise and I contacted their chat support. After almost 15 minutes, after my jumpers were already finished, they gave me the feedback that is is for the whole combined event. I was relieved and did not place any more bets on the event to manage my risk. After the event was finished and the athlete, which was never shown in the selection won, the chat contacted me again to inform me that they misinformed me and the bet was only for the jump. How convenient!! I can't believe it: so they decide after the result of the event how to assess it?? That is a scandal for me. And I don't even care the amount of money that was involved. It just shows how powerless the customer is. I guess there is nothing to be done?

We already wrote through Email and I forwarded it to you. It took longer time for the thread to be published. So the state of this case is, that 1xbet security is claiming, that the email about my account being closed was a mistake and that my account is only in verification process. The security department told me that I have to login to my account and go through the verification process. But my account is still closed and I can't login. I'm pretty sure that the first Email wasn't a mistake. They want to shutdown my account but if they would have done it already in the first Email they would have commited themselves by their terms to cancel the open bets and refund me.
Now they are trying to push me to the endless verification process to close my account in the end anyway or never let me finish the verification by demanding obscure documents. But my account is several years old and verified. I made my last withdrawal three days ago, so there is no need for another verification.
Anyway I'm absolutely ready to process a normal verification process by sending my documents over Email and even make a selfie. I'm also ready to show everything via webcam, so it can't be faked but I'm not ready to follow the delaying impossible verification and send a document from psychatrist or stuff like that. So please Eli, let me know which steps are necessary to verify my account.

First you click on Insert Image, then use the Basic uploader, and browse to the image you want to use and select it.
We have found difficulty with images with a space in the actual filename, or those with really long filenames.
Be sure the image is not really huge in pixel width or depth.

Hey, you received and answered my mails already. I can login to my account now and had to fill a form to protest against the blocking of my account. It seems to be part of the verification process. I guess I landed in the never ending verification routine now. I will see and update here if I have news.

1xbet asked me several documents to prove my identity :
Selfie holding my identity card and my passport near my face with the conversation with 1xbet as background, proofs of my deposit, scan of my identity card, scan of my passport ...
I sent them everything and they accepted all my documents.
I even sent all these documents by post in Russia a long time ago.
My 1xbet is still locked, it's been 1 year.
