In the course of almost thirteen months, I have clearly proven my identity through various notarized documents and two video conferences. So, now they know who I am.
And they also know that I absolutely followed their rules.
A verification, which should usually be completed in 2 days, has been going on for over a year now.
Of course I am still willing to cooperate if they need proof of my identity.
Now on 2.2.2019 a "photo of the medical certificate of my ability to act" was requested.
In Germany, everyone is able to act until a court decides the opposite and appoints a guardian. In Germany, a doctor cannot make this decision and it is therefore not possible to obtain a medical certificate.
Furthermore there is no legal basis to request information about the religion, sexual preference, political orientation or any health condition
from players.
Nor do they have any reason to doubt my ability to act. I have current accounts, ID and my own apartment. I have already clearly proven all this to them - partly notarised.
Of course, I am still prepared to prove my identity, but please do so in a target-oriented and short-term manner. After more than a year, the period for verification is clearly exceeded.
I have nothing to hide and have always behaved completely correctly.
I expect the same from them now.
So I'm looking for a fair chance to clarify any open questions within a very short time and thus bring the "verification" to an end.

Yes, I was told that you've already managed to provide some information with signature and stamp, but it was just a different type of document that declares that you are a client of your bank.
Please get in touch with your bank and ask them for another reference. It is impossible that they cannot provide you some basic information.

I'm newbie in betting world. I have made a deposit in 1xbet through mastercard for $600.
I had the begginer's luck and after few bets i won $2880.
I tried to withdraw it trhoguh Mastercard and here the horror will start. All the withdraws attemps have been rejected by 1xbet , they claim that it has been denied by bank. I called my bank who confirmed that they can't reject any upcoming payment and this is not true.
I come back to 1xbet and i asked them to provide me the proof that the payment has been rejected by my bank...they are not able to provide me that and they keep sending me a generic email.
I have more than 50 emails with them with no progress, i'm just losing my patience and they are using psychological torture to push me to give up.
I can't also chose any other alternative method to withdraw my money as they are requesting that the withdraw should be proportional to the payment method.
