    after about 2 years, after sent like 5-6 times all documents (obv they say never received), my money is locked yet. I'm available to do all they want, skype calls, photo or scans of all docs, but seems this is a legalized scam. I dont know what to do anymore.

    In the course of almost thirteen months, I have clearly proven my identity through various notarized documents and two video conferences. So, now they know who I am.

    And they also know that I absolutely followed their rules.

    A verification, which should usually be completed in 2 days, has been going on for over a year now.

    Of course I am still willing to cooperate if they need proof of my identity.

    Now on 2.2.2019 a "photo of the medical certificate of my ability to act" was requested.

    In Germany, everyone is able to act until a court decides the opposite and appoints a guardian. In Germany, a doctor cannot make this decision and it is therefore not possible to obtain a medical certificate.

    Furthermore there is no legal basis to request information about the religion, sexual preference, political orientation or any health condition
    from players.

    Nor do they have any reason to doubt my ability to act. I have current accounts, ID and my own apartment. I have already clearly proven all this to them - partly notarised.

    Of course, I am still prepared to prove my identity, but please do so in a target-oriented and short-term manner. After more than a year, the period for verification is clearly exceeded.

    I have nothing to hide and have always behaved completely correctly.
    I expect the same from them now.

    So I'm looking for a fair chance to clarify any open questions within a very short time and thus bring the "verification" to an end.

    Please discuss this with the appropriate department:

    What reasons do they have for doubting my ability to act?

    What other reasons do they have for doubting my identity and how can I finally eliminate it?

    Yes, I was told that you've already managed to provide some information with signature and stamp, but it was just a different type of document that declares that you are a client of your bank.
    Please get in touch with your bank and ask them for another reference. It is impossible that they cannot provide you some basic information.

    Default 1xbet refuses to payme my payout

    Hey guys,
    I'm newbie in betting world. I have made a deposit in 1xbet through mastercard for $600.
    I had the begginer's luck and after few bets i won $2880.
    I tried to withdraw it trhoguh Mastercard and here the horror will start. All the withdraws attemps have been rejected by 1xbet , they claim that it has been denied by bank. I called my bank who confirmed that they can't reject any upcoming payment and this is not true.

    I come back to 1xbet and i asked them to provide me the proof that the payment has been rejected by my bank...they are not able to provide me that and they keep sending me a generic email.

    I have more than 50 emails with them with no progress, i'm just losing my patience and they are using psychological torture to push me to give up.

    I can't also chose any other alternative method to withdraw my money as they are requesting that the withdraw should be proportional to the payment method.
    Any help or advise would be appreciated

    Can someone connect me about 1xbet? I made a withdrawal and after a full week, I still haven’t received the money. When u contact customer support, they keep telling me the same **** and that I have to wait. This can’t be true? They keep replying the same ****. My accound ID: 78116397

    In this situation you should have provided some specific information to the Security Service: an exact date and time of your withdrawal and payment system that you used for transaction. Have you done it yet?

    I have done all of these things. They’re just refusing to help me. I guess I’ll have to file a colplaint with the license holders. I have seen ln reddit that i’m not the first one who has had similar problems. They just refuse to pay out the money that I earn. When I be depositing money, there isn’t a single problem with the sepa bank transfer system but when it’s to pay out their users, all of a sudden, there are all kind of problems. I refuse to get ripped off. I’m sorry

    maybe writing here does not help anything, they do not solve anything, I just received the same answers that I get by email in 1xbet. I have 10k and I feel like I've already lost them...

    Too many problems, we stopped advertising 1xbet and 1xbit early last year.

    Despite the many problems, 1xbet ads are becoming quite common.

    Why are 1xbet still open even though you can't withdraw money and there are many crying users?

    You should know that there is a problem with the payment process.

    I can not see the attitude to try to recover the trust of the users.

    It's really a good bookmaker, so if you want to continue doing business, please recover to a trusted company.
